Somehow both cosy and spacious at the same time, Case Sant’Anna 14 is a stone-built farmhouse near the charming town of Cortona. A terrace stands outside the kitchen, complete with 12 wrought iron chairs, whilst another terrace with 6 chairs stands around the corner. Both of these terraces are shaded by the lush foliage. Cortona itself can be seen from the fenced swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and the surrounding gardens and courtyards are scattered with tall trees. A slide, swing-set and basketball hoop can be found twenty metres from the pool, and a ping-pong table stands under a wooden gazebo.
Inside, the architecture is distinctive and classy, with stone archways and stately corridors. The comfy and snug lounge is balanced by the expansive sunlit kitchen-diner, ensuring enough space for everyone to be sociable. The high ceilings help to keep the rooms cool, but on especially hot days, the entire villa is well air conditioned.
